
Dan Davenport directs the company's customer service and fulfillment organizations in both the Silicon Valley and India.
Dan has spent his career working for global, technology-focused companies. Prior to RiseSmart, he served as senior director of global sales operations at Sabre Holdings, parent company of Travelocity. In his nearly decade-long tenure with Sabre, Dan led international teams while serving in a variety of senior roles spanning operations, finance and business development.
Dan has also held finance and treasury roles at Electronic Data Systems and served as a licensed investment advisor for Fidelity Investments.
Dan has an MBA from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Southern Methodist University.
Kim Johnson leads sales for RiseSmart.
With close to 20 years of experience in sales, sales management and global training for corporate companies, Kim brings expertise in identifying and securing complex relationships, leading successful sales teams, as well as extensive experience working in a variety of industries such as oil and gas, telecommunications, high tech, financial services, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals.
A former senior vice president of sales at New York-based outplacement company Drake Beam Morin, Inc. (DBM), Kim brings a unique combination of experience to her work as sales leader, and global trainer. Kim is known for securing and maintaining relationships with key customers and ensuring that client and customer expectations were achieved through operational and sales excellence.
Kim was with DBM for almost 11 years moving up from a Sales Executive to a SVP and has held a variety of leadership roles. As a member of the executive leadership team for DBM, Kim was responsible for top line revenues and bottom line profitability reporting directly to the President of North America. She was a key leader and driver of strategy and support on significant deals across North America. Additionally, she was responsible for a 26 state territory with budgeted revenue of $50 million and managed a team of account executives.
Prior to DBM, Johnson has held sales leadership positions at Pryor Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.
