Employees can get job openings, run their job search, and so much more—directly from their personal portals, available both online and through mobile device apps.

Get results from millions of job listings in real time from the major job boards, niche boards, corporate career pages, and more.
Semantic Matching
Go light years beyond simple keyword searches to match job seekers and jobs. SmartMatch parses all that data semantically, and maps the results to determine the relevance and quality of the match, based on a proprietary SmartScore™.
Human Filtering
Computers aren't everything. Human interaction with the data is fundamental to finding perfect matches. Once the results come back, RiseSmart has dedicated HR professionals who review and filter SmartMatch results to ensure only the most relevant job leads are passed onto RiseSmart clients.
