Prior to Apple, Walker was VP of Human Resources at Gap, Inc. where he was the architect and driver of Gap's talent supply chain HR model. Walker also founded Daniel Walker and Associates, an executive search and consulting firm, working with world-renowned companies including Bloomingdale's, Ralph Lauren and Williams-Sonoma.
