RiseSmart was recognized as a Cool Vendor in Human Capital Management Software in the annual listings made official today. Gartner annually lists Cool Vendors in a variety of industries, and defines a Cool Vendor as a small company offering a technology or product that is innovative, impactful and intriguing. The listings are the culmination of research intended to help Gartner clients stay ahead of the IT technology curve and make better strategic decisions about technology and services.
RiseSmart was presented with a bronze Stevie® Award in the “Most Innovative Company of the Year” category during The 10th Annual American Business Awards. More than 3,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others. Stevie Award winners were selected by the more than 270 executives nationwide who participated in the judging process this year.
RiseSmart, the leader in next-generation outplacement services, has been named a Silver Winner in the Most Innovative Company of the Year category in the Best in Biz Awards 2012, the only independent business awards program judged by industry analysts and news media members. More than 400 entries were received in this year’s Best in Biz Awards program, from an array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of industries and regions in the U.S. and Canada. Best in Biz Awards 2012 honors were presented in more than 50 categories, including Company of the Year, Most Innovative Company of the Year, Executive of the Year and Best New Product of the Year.
The #hrwins program spanned nine months and consisted of comprehensive HR technology briefings in which more than 120 vendors were evaluated on their solutions’ innovation, the value the technology delivered to the Human Resources profession, and the overall viability of the product. Vendors in virtually all segments of Human Resources Technology were evaluated. This year’s #hrwins concluded with 20 HR Technology Vendors being designated “HR Companies To Watch.”
