TiE is a global, not-for-profit network of entrepreneurs and professionals dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship. TiE provides a platform for mentoring, networking and education for technology entrepreneurs worldwide.

Brandon Hall Group's 2013 Gold Award for Best Advance in Career Management and Planning

RiseSmart won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for the Best Advance in Career Management or Planning Technology. The award was for RiseSmart Transition and was evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent industry experts. 
 Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executive leadership based selections upon the following criteria: Product, unique differentiators, value proposition, measurable results and what benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using the product. Mike Cooke, chief executive officer of Brandon Hall Group, said, “It is our honor to recognize this year’s award winners, who exemplify the commitment to innovation and excellence that drives growth and over-the-top business results.”

RiseSmart has been named one of 2012's 100 Most Promising Technology Companies by SiliconIndia. si100 is an annual honor roll of the top 100 private tech companies founded and managed by Indians in the U.S. SiliconIndia was founded in 1997 to provide a platform for Indian professionals in the U.S. to share their experiences and wisdom with a large community of Indian professionals. In the past, si100 companies have been almost four times more likely to be acquired than other companies, and almost all the Indian-founded tech companies to go public in the U.S. spent their earlier years on this si100 list.

RiseSmart Wins 2011 Red Herring Global Top 100 Award

RiseSmart was named to the Red Herring Global Top 100, which recognizes the leading private companies in North America, Europe and Asia. RiseSmart is among just 47 U.S. companies on the Global Top 100 list. Red Herring’s Global Top 100 list has become a mark of distinction for identifying promising companies and entrepreneurs. Red Herring editors were among the first to recognize that companies such as Google, Skype, Salesforce.com, YouTube, eBay and others would change the way we live and work.

RiseSmart Receives 2011 Red Herring Top 100 North America Award

RiseSmart has received the prestigious 2011 Red Herring Top 100 North America award, honoring the year’s most promising private technology ventures from the North American business region. The Red Herring editorial team selected the Red Herring Top 100 North America from a pool of hundreds from across North America. The nominees were evaluated on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technology innovation, quality of management, execution of strategy, and integration into their respective industries. This unique assessment of potential was complemented by a review of the actual track record and standing of each company, which allows Red Herring to see past the “buzz” and make the list a valuable instrument for discovering and advocating the greatest business opportunities in the industry.

RiseSmart has been praised for diversity in its corporate culture and business approach by receiving the Champion of Diversity Award from the American Association for Affirmative Action (AAAA), an organization of HR professionals managing equal opportunity, diversity and affirmative action programs. The Champion of Diversity Award is given to an organization or corporation that has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to AAAA’s mission of fostering diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace. Founded in 1974, the American Association for Affirmative Action (AAAA) is a national not-for-profit association of professionals working in the areas of affirmative action, equal opportunity, and diversity.

RiseSmart has been named a 2013 WhatWorks® Award winner for Delivering Innovation. RiseSmart was one of only 10 companies selected in the Delivering Innovation category among heavy-hitters in the HR industry. RiseSmart won the bronze Stevie® Award in the “Most Innovative Company of the Year” category at the 10th Annual American Business Awards. Next-Gen Outplacement Leader RiseSmart Named Global Innovator as an #hrwins 2012 HR Company to Watch
