1. Where do you look for jobs?

Your personal RiseSmart Concierge leverages our world class technology platform and scans the online universe for job openings. Corporate portals, job portals, you name it. That's the beauty of the service. You no longer have to be an expert in job portals. We will do that for you. By a recent industry count, there are over 40,000 job portals. There are so many, its almost impossible to keep up. That's where RiseSmart really lends a hand. Based on your preferences, we know the best spots to look.

2. Why would I use your service when there are lots of free websites out there?

Thats a good question. We are senior professional job seekers like you. We have tried the free services, the paid services, the so-called profile building / matching systems. Weve tried them all, and weve come to one firm conclusion: Its just not good enough! Technology is great, but like a lot of things, you need a personal touch.

With todays free services, you have to check multiple websites day after day and dig thru pages within each one to find that needle in the haystack. And, because there are so many job boards, you always wonder if you are hitting the right ones, or worry that you are missing jobs. Some people have time for this daily self-serve grind, but we dont. We have busy jobs, we have families, we have other priorities like networking. Were busy senior professionals, and our time is too valuable. We believe that for a little more than a dollar a day, its worth the price to have somebody else 1) be an expert on all the job boards 2) search the online universe of job openings 3) review your resume and your preferences and 4) pre-screen the postings and deliver only those jobs that match your preferences.

3. How often do I receive jobs from you?

Every RiseSmart customer receives a weekly set of job postings from us. The jobs are delivered within 48 hours of you signing up, and then weekly thereafter. Since we have freed you from the time and pain of searching many job portals for jobs, you can now focus on whats really important networking, writing a great cover letter, updating your resume, or other means of creatively finding your way into a company.

4. Is there really a human RiseSmart Concierge or is it just technology?

Unlike some of our so-called competitors, we are not simply promising high-end fancy algorithms and technology to find you a job. We dont think that works sufficiently for the senior professional. We have great technology, but we have great people too. Real, live people that review your resume and pre-screen job postings for you. Its that combination of great technology and great people that makes RiseSmart different. These are people with HR experience, looking out for your job-interests. 6. Im a recruiter and I would like you to get my job postings included in your service offering. How do I do this?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can walk you through the process and provide you with several options. Dont worry, all options are FREE. Please send us an email at Recruiters@RiseSmart.com with your contact information and we will follow up directly.

7. When I registered, I wasnt able to find the preferences I wanted?

We have tried to build out a preference model that captures the broad set of requirements for job seekers across the wide array of industries and functions that exist across the country. Of course we recognize that we cant possibly have captured everything. So, you have a couple options. We have provided a free form title field during registration that allows you to input your custom title. You can also send us an email at customerservice@risesmart.com and let us know what you arent finding. That way, we can add to our database. We expect the selection process to continue to expand over time, so we appreciate your help in that endeavor.

8. Can I change my preferences (Function, title, location, industry)?

Yes. Simply login to your my workspace portion of the website, and select the My Profile tab. On this tab, you can modify any of your preferences title, location, function, industry, etc Just please keep in mind that there is a window of time each week when your RiseSmart Concierge is searching for your jobs, where we will be unable to make a change. This occurs each week the day before you typically receive your jobs. If we are in the freeze window we will be sure to let you know via a popup message on the portal. Feel free to modify any other time of the week, and there is no limit on the number of times you can make a change during your membership.

9. Is it really a free trial?

It is a 100% no obligation FREE TRIAL. Of course it is subject to some specific terms and conditions, which you can find here FREE TRIAL. We do take your credit card information so that it is easy for us to commence billing once the trial is over, but you are free to cancel within 72 hours of signing up. By this time, you will have had a chance to see your first set of jobs, and assess the performance and quality of the service. We recognize the importance of try before you buy, so were happy to provide this option to our prospective customers. If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, simply login to your My Profile tab, and cancel the service. Again, provided you do so within 72 hours of signing up, you will not be charged a dime.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

RiseSmart accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

11. How do I give feedback to my RiseSmart Concierge?

The best way is to utilize the rating system in your my workspace. This is the way you can send a message that you like, or dont like certain companies and certain job titles. Remember also that your RiseSmart Concierge has your resume, and your detailed job preferences that you complete during registration, or updated subsequently. While we have not ruled out opening a line of communication between you and your RiseSmart Concierge, we are not set up for full dialogue at this time. But rest assured, this is a live person working on your behalf, not a machine doing the work like most of our so-called competitors.
