		<description>Sanjay...first, thanks for including my blog WWDS on your list.  I am honored.  To the point above, I think these career bloggers started out with great intentions but probably fizzled out when they found it difficult to continue posting in interesting and novel ways.  I have seen this before with customer newsletters in pre blog days...it starts off with the best of thinking but no one stops to consider EVERY DAY?
