Participants in the RiseSmart Challenge love their blue, but they disagree on what shade. So as the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament gets under way, entrants overwhelmingly favor the Kentucky Wildcats or the North Carolina Tar Heels to win it all.
Kentucky is getting plenty of respect this year as the tournament’s top seed, but some pundits have said their path to the Final Four may not be a smooth one. The hopes of the Carolina faithful likely rest on star John Henson, who injured his wrist in a recent win over Maryland.

Jim Holincheck, research vice president for Gartner specializing in the human capital management (HCM) systems market, recently offered his opinion that cloud-based technology promises to have a transformative effect on the U.S. outplacement industry.
Said Holincheck:
