Weiser is the president of Weiser Works, an HR consulting firm, and has more than 30 years of global business experience as a human resources executive. In her role as advisor, Weiser will advise and work with RiseSmart on current and future products, specifically as it pertains to HR and talent development, and will also serve as a brand ambassador and advocate.
Weiser is the former Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Activision Blizzard, where she was instrumental in the design of the business integration of Activision and Vivendi Games, and led its global implementation. Prior to joining Activision, Weiser was CHRO at US Foods and was responsible for human resources strategy and implementation as well as internal communication and safety. In her career, Weiser has also served in key HR roles for Kraft Foods, Baxter Healthcare and a large office products distributor. An expert in her field, Weiser is a frequent speaker at HR conferences across the US and has served as an expert witness in employment related litigation. Weiser also now serves as an instructor, teaching human resources at the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
