Recent grad awarded RiseSmart’s professional career transition services and $1,000 wardrobe makeover
SAN JOSE, Calif., June 22, 2017 — RiseSmart, the leading provider of contemporary career transition services, has selected Paige DePagter as the winner of its “Rising Grad” Contest. DePagter was chosen by a panel of expert judges who evaluated submissions based on participants’ career aspirations, and the creativity, inspiration and originality of the response.

RiseSmart ran its Rising Grad Contest from April 24th to June 4th, 2017. Participants entered the contest by visiting @RiseSmart on Twitter and describing their unique career passions in a retweet of one of the company’s contest posts, or by visiting RiseSmart’s LinkedIn page and responding to one of the contest posts.
DePagter was selected based on her original submission in which she stated her desire to make a difference for those affected by childhood cancer through fundraising, awareness and lobbying. She is currently active in the community and putting her passion into action through internships, including Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Scribe America.
