Daniel Eriksson

As Director, Outplacement and Career Services in Sweden, Daniel is responsible for integrating the RiseSmart methodology into the established outplacement and career transition services provided for the Swedish market.

Daniel brings a wealth of leadership experience and knowledge of the HR industry to his current role. Beginning as a Lieutenant in Swedish army, Daniel managed large groups of people and gained experience with various leadership styles. Most recently, Daniel served as sales and market manager for Randstad Sweden where he was able to build upon the considerable knowledge of the HR industry he had gained as Consultant Manager for The Adecco Group in Sweden. Daniel has also served as sales and marketing director for such organizations as Feelgood and Bisnode.

Daniel uses his passion to lead change and drive innovation and sales to increase the presence of RiseSmart’s contemporary solution in Sweden. Daniel holds degrees and certificates in coaching, leadership, management, and economics.
