As leader of the product team, Michael sets and drives the product vision for the company in its pursuit to be the global market leader in career transition services.
Michael has over 15 years of executive leadership experience from leading HR and recruiting companies. He has a strong track record of managing the development of complex enterprise applications from the ground up as well as overseeing global products lines generating hundreds of millions of dollars.
Michael has interacted closely with recruiters, hiring managers and jobseekers, learning a great deal about the challenges and pain points each group faces. In addition to his business experience, Gray was educated at Wesleyan University in Connecticut and is also a certified Agile Product Owner.
