SAN JOSE, Calif., November 16, 2016 — RiseSmart, the leading provider of contemporary career transition services, has appointed Michael Gray, formerly an executive at Bold, Monster.com and BrassRing, as the company’s new vice president of products. In this role, Gray will set and drive the product vision for the company in its pursuit to be the global market leader in career transition services.
Gray joins RiseSmart with over 15 years of executive leadership experience from leading HR and recruiting companies. He has a strong track record of managing the development of complex enterprise applications from the ground up as well as overseeing global products lines generating hundreds of millions of dollars.
Gray recently served as senior director of product management at Bold, where he owned the product roadmap and spearheaded a team developing a recruiting platform. Prior to that, he served as recruiting solutions director at Healthcare Source and drove research and development initiatives for the product group with First Advantage. Earlier in his career, Gray held significant product leadership positions with Monster.com, BrassRing and Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS).

In addition to his business experience, Gray was educated at Wesleyan University in Connecticut and is also a certified Agile Product Owner.
